Keystone Asset Management is a part of Keyvest Company, founded in the late 1950’s as Keystone Mortgage Company by John P. Sullivan, who continues as its President.
Keystone Mortgage Company was a correspondent of mid-western and eastern life insurance companies which loaned on mainly industrial properties in the greater Los Angeles area.
Over many years, the relationships between the company and its clients grew and a management company was formed to offer additional services to clients.
The mortgage company was sold in 2000 and the corporation was re-named Keyvest Company.
Today, the company offers a full range of property and asset management services to long term owners of office, industrial, and retail properties. Keystone’s clients include some of the area’s oldest real estate families as well as investor groups.
The goal of most of the firm’s clients is long term ownership coupled with stable income. To achieve this aim, Keystone Asset Management manages the properties with the owners’ interest in mind, engaging in or supervising leasing and property renovations in order to enhance property values and income.

Larry joined the company in 1995, adding to a career which included real estate brokerage, consulting and property management, industrial real estate development, and officer of a public real estate company. He is a graduate of California State University at Northridge (when it was still called San Fernando ValleyState College).
Alexandria Bonilla – Asset Management & Leasing
Broker License # 01785048
Alexandria joined Keystone Asset Management in 2013 bringing 7 years of real estate sales and management experience in both residential and commercial markets. She graduated from California State University Fullerton with a degree in Business Finance, emphasis in Real Estate. In 2016, she earned her Certification as a Property Manager, CPM, and in 2017, she received her MBA at Mount Saint Mary’s University in Los Angeles.
Rosalie Kumagai – Executive Administrator
Rosalie manages the company’s Pacific Palisades and Culver city offices. She is a full charge bookkeeper who is QuickBooks Certified and is our Skyline Property management Software expert. She attended California State University at Northridge, majoring in accounting.
Debi Eads – Office Manager/Billing
Debi joined the company in 2001 as an administrative assistant and moved her way up to our accounting department and tenant relations. She plays a vital role in delegating the property maintenance tasks to the appropriate vendors and addressing tenant issues.
